Jeneve Blevins-Hines, MA, LPC

CEO, Licensed Professional Counselor

Hello, my name is Jeneve.

Are you having relationship issues or difficulties regulating emotions; such as anxiety, hopelessness, helplessness, or anger? Do you find yourself constantly focusing on the future or dwelling on the past? Maybe you are struggling with a life changing decision such as a career change, contemplating ending a relationship, or even divorce.

As a Professional Counselor, I will guide you and give you skills you need to solve and combat those problems on your own. In addition, I also do court ordered substance abuse counseling and anger management

I use dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), a form of psychotherapy that teaches my clients skills to manage life's stressors, helps regulate their emotions, and creates better coping skills for relationships with others, but most importantly our relationship with ourselves. DBT skills decrease suicidal thoughts and self-harm behaviors as well as improve our relationships.

On the path to healing, I treat the whole person. Your physical self-care will improve through nutrition, sleep, and exercise. As your spirit is renewed through meditation, forgiveness, and finding purpose; your emotional well-being is rejuvenated through positive self talk, grief work, regulating emotions, and psychotherapy.

We will work together to help you feel balanced in mind, body, and spirit.

John Eitzen, LMSW

Licensed Master Social Worker

Hello, my name is John.

Your life offers you many challenges, opportunities really, to learn and grow; emotionally, spiritually, and to heal your mental pain. When you ignore, or actively push away these challenges, you begin to suffer. Your suffering affects your loved ones while your challenges and problems remain.

Your emotions are here to teach you, never punish, though it can feel that way when you don't pay attention to your life lessons or become overwhelmed. This is a guiding principle I employ with my patients to acknowledge, welcome, understand, and heal from their woundedness. In other words, what is in the way is the way.

I work with adults, couples, and adolescents (14+) in a caring and supportive atmosphere. We will explore and identify useful skills to gain a deeper understanding in an effort to address trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, troubled relationships, and other issues.

I offer eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), hypnotherapy, mindfulness training, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other powerful resources that can be beneficial to your healing.

Your life is lived “right now.” Living your life fully, in this present moment with joy, purpose, and wholeheartedness is your potential and birthright. Take action now and allow me the privilege of working with you to develop your understanding, skills, and courage to change, grow, and thrive.

I look forward to talking to you soon.

We can, and I want to teach you how!

I want to help you dive into the depths of your being where you can identify the root source (or sources) of your pain and blockages while learning tools and methods to work through these blocks and release it all. As individuals our stories and lives are all unique but the ways we suffer are very similar.
