Hello my name is Sarah.
believe that therapy should be a safe place where clients can explore and understand their thoughts and emotions, process and heal. I am here to navigate that journey with you. Whether you are struggling with a particular issue, or just can’t shake the feeling that there should be more to life; I can help. I work with people who are tired of being stuck going around in circles, who are open to learning what steps to take to get their relationships back on track, and who are ready to get their life moving in a positive direction. I have a background working with those who experience high stress/burn-out, relationship hurdles, depression and anxiety. I utilize a collaborative approach to care; one where you can be your whole self without fear of feeling judged. My approach is always tailored to fit the individual’s needs. I believe in treating the whole person rather than individual parts or symptoms. I use my clinical skills to help you make peace with your past, teach you to be mindful of the present and create a positive outlook for the future.
My goal is to always provide a trusting, calm, and safe environment to work toward your goals. Together, we can process how difficult life has been and we can begin to build hope and healing for your future. My hope is for each individual to recognize his or her greatest abilities and be able to enjoy life to the fullest.
