“People suffer because they are caught in their views. As soon as we release those views, we are free” -Thich Nhat Hanh. If you are suffering, know that your current situation is by no means permanent. Asking for help is a sign of great strength. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable isn’t easy, but it fosters courage, connection, and growth. As a therapist, I provide a safe environment that offers empathy, guidance, and empowerment. Together, we will work through your struggle so that you emerge living a more self-aware and fulfilling life.

I work with adolescents, teenagers, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, low self-worth, stress, relationship problems, and depression. I also have experience counseling individuals struggling with substance use addictions and co-occurring diagnoses.

My practice is strengths-based and person-centered. This means it is my job to highlight your strengths and use them as a tool to promote resilience. The types of treatment I utilize are cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational enhancement therapy, and self-compassion. I look forward to hearing from you!
