I strive to provide a welcoming environment for client’s to feel safe and comfortable to confidentially share their thoughts and feelings. I believe that how someone feels about things is important and it matters. To me, the counseling environment is a judgement free space for a person or couple to openly express their thoughts freely. Together we can explore concerns and discuss whatever is on your mind. As we progress through the therapeutic journey, we can discuss a variety of helpful techniques that a person can apply in their daily life to reach their goals to the best of their ability.
I genuinely care about how people feel, how they may be struggling, hurting, and desiring to make positive changes in their life. I utilize a variety of therapies and techniques, to include, a person-centered approach, various cognitive based theories, DBT, and mindfulness techniques, which are catered to someones concerns and needs.
